Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that returns the results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you include and use them to answer.
Routine Technical Data
Our hosting services create ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated information helps maintain the site and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
What We Do With This Data
We use the data described above to operate the site, fix problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell a list of our visitors. We do not build profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, county and state records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and data you submit there is governed by their rules, not ours. This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Washington does not provide one universal consumer deletion right that removes lawful public records from their source. The Washington My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, governs consumer health data in its defined scope, while the Washington Privacy Act proposals did not create a broad law covering every website record. We can review our contact mailbox and server logs for data linked to a request sent through the Contact page. Marysville, Snohomish County, and Washington public records remain under each custodian's correction, exemption, and retention rules.
